Here’s a classic comic repost for the holiday today.  I’m still working on my inks for the comic from last week – just had way too much going on.  So I’m using the holiday this week as a chance to catch back up, work on final inks and a double page post for next week. Wish me luck, I want to get back on track for FORTY. In fact if I’m to hold true to my original plans for FORTY, I have to catch up.

Comics, again!  Yes with no fanfare at all I’ve decided to “relaunch” our website with a whole new comic simply titled, Forty.  Forty is as much an experiment as it is a full fledged endeavor to write, outline and draw an entire comic series all on my own. Casey is of course my go-to-guy for advice on scripting, outlines, and plot direction but I’m trying as much as I can to do this one solo.

 

At this moment in time, I feel like I can’t or don’t know how to write a story.  So rather than keep telling myself I can’t, I’m proving to myself I can and will get this done.  I’ll wait for a few more updates before I even consider promoting this new comic but if you’ve happened to trip over this site on your way to another, make sure to stop back by every Tuesday for more single page updates!  Thanks for stopping by!  –Shawn
